Terms of Service
The rules for using BiryaniHub. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing biryanihub.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who can use BiryaniHub
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You're responsible for activity on your account
- One person, one account — no impersonation
3. The service
BiryaniHub is a marketplace connecting customers with independent restaurants ("vendors"). We do not prepare, cook, or deliver food ourselves; we facilitate orders, payments, and communication between customers and vendors.
For customers
- You can browse, place orders, leave reviews
- You agree to pay the price shown at checkout (including taxes and fees)
- Cancellation is available until the vendor accepts the order; after acceptance, contact the vendor directly
For vendors
- You're responsible for food safety, accuracy of menu listings, and timely fulfillment
- You agree to honor prices and availability shown on your listing
- You agree to our commission structure as described in your onboarding agreement
- You must comply with all applicable health, food safety, and tax laws
4. Payments and fees
- Customer payments are processed by [Stripe / payment processor]
- Vendor payouts occur weekly via ACH/bank transfer
- Commission rates and subscription fees as set out in Pricing
- Refunds governed by Refund Policy
5. Reviews and content
- You may post reviews only for orders you actually placed and received
- Reviews must be honest, lawful, and respectful
- You retain ownership of content you post but grant BiryaniHub a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on our platform
- We may remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines without notice
6. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our site without permission
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or security controls
- Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Impersonate another person, business, or BiryaniHub itself
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
7. Intellectual property
All BiryaniHub branding, designs, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by BiryaniHub Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimers
BiryaniHub is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific vendor will fulfill any specific order. Food preparation, allergens, and freshness are the vendor's responsibility — please contact the restaurant directly for specific dietary or allergy questions.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiryaniHub's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BiryaniHub harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time via Settings or by messaging us through the contact form. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
12. Disputes and governing law
