By accessing biryanihub.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

BiryaniHub is a marketplace connecting customers with independent restaurants ("vendors"). We do not prepare, cook, or deliver food ourselves; we facilitate orders, payments, and communication between customers and vendors.

All BiryaniHub branding, designs, code, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by BiryaniHub Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers

BiryaniHub is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific vendor will fulfill any specific order. Food preparation, allergens, and freshness are the vendor's responsibility — please contact the restaurant directly for specific dietary or allergy questions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiryaniHub's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold BiryaniHub harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time via Settings or by messaging us through the contact form. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

12. Disputes and governing law
